Event Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event:
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.

Cancellations made 7 days to 72 hours before the event:
• A 50 percent cancellation fee applies.
• The remaining 50 percent will be refunded.

Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the event:
• A 100 percent cancellation fee applies.
• No refund will be issued.
